PV Solar Sales Executive in Bournemouth | £100K package

Are you an experienced PV Solar Sales Executive? Are you looking to build a career within a thriving and dynamic company?

Due to expansion, an opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Solar PV Solar Sales Executive to join a thriving company. High volumes of inbound leads are generated all year round, making earning commission easily achievable.

You will join a highly successful ‘Award-Winning’ Boiler/Energy business (who are part of a leading FTSE 250 company) providing products, technology & finance. You will enjoy a rewarding career, developing alongside this Bournemouth-based company with huge ambition.

About the role

  • Receiving inbound calls/leads for those who have expressed interest by the in-house online lead generation or existing 700,000 UW customers
  • Using the bespoke CRM, generate automated customer quotes for their new products – all technical training will be provided
  • Closing sales to secure the business & managing your own sales pipeline
  • Use any additional benefits and discounts available to you to obtain the sale
  • Being part of a talented sales team, with ongoing learning and development

The Candidates we want!

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives who are self-driven and motivated, as we put 100% trust in our staff to do their job well without being micromanaged. In addition, we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years recent PV Solar experience
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI’s
  • Motivated by exceeding targets and earning good commission
  • Has a passion for sales and a hunger for being the best
  • A great team player
