Marketing Manager | Circa £30k

This is an exciting opportunity for you to break into the dynamic and fast paced fintech market and be part of a global Sales and Marketing team of 3. This brand-new role offers a competitive salary of circa £30k, remote working options, friendly team atmosphere, based in Poole.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Create and deliver multiple marketing campaigns across two financial market verticals and across multiple regions
  • Drive marketing effectiveness from the ground up
  • Plan and produce compelling campaigns and content, across both traditional and online marketing channels to drive growth for the business
  • You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to deliver multiple projects under pressure.

Personal Attributes of the Marketing Manager:

  • Graduate education in marketing, communications or similar discipline
  • Experience working in a Financial services, Technology or B2B marketing environment (5+ years)
  • Experience and confidence in producing copy across all mediums
  • Experience in database management and CRM, ideally Hubspot
  • Experience working with external agencies and consultants
  • Experience across the marketing mix but with specific focus on digital channels
  • Knowledge of web content management systems, social media platforms, and google analytics
  • Understanding of the basic concepts of trading.
  • Foreign languages
  • A self-starter who can advance with projects independently
  • A good communicator – personable and able to build positive relationships to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Organised and structured in approach – able to plan, manage and prioritise multiple
  • A team player who is willing to get involved with activities across the company.
