Do you have a lively character & outgoing personality? Do you enjoy calling clients & building long term relationships? This is a great time to join a unique & creative Manufacturing company who offer a full in-house service from design studio to production

Working with a range of clients from blue chip to small businesses you will be responsible for all inbound enquiries via email & phone, together with issuing quotes and making follow-up calls to convert quotations into Sales.

This stand-alone role, is based in an open plan, fun, small team (4) offering excellent basic of £22k -£28K with uncapped commission (tailored to suit the successful candidate) Career progression, Free parking + company benefits, based in Poole.

Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Executive / Account Manager:

  • Maintaining and developing a trusted relationship with existing customers to grow the business
  • Efficient handling of enquiries to provide quotes and product information via phone & email
  • Ability to create new leads and generate new business
  • Chasing up enquiries to help convert to orders
  • Helping to developing and manage sales activity to identify business opportunities and ensure we are the supplier of choice
  • Good understanding of our market and competitor’s products to keep our leading position

 

Personal attributes of the B2B Sales Executive / Account Manager:

  • Previous experience within a Sales role
  • High level of initiative and drive; a true self starter

·         Money motivated & focused

  • Excellent telephone skills, with good communication & negotiating skills

·         The right attitude and the drive to succeed

·         Strong positive work ethic and attitude

  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships with a real desire to make a positive difference to customers
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and a good team player
